Absolutely! Browsing through photographers, videographers, and creators on Zazzi is completely free. You can explore profiles, view portfolios, and search for professionals in your area without logging in.
Once you find someone you’d like to contact, you’ll need to log in to access their contact information, such as their phone number or email. Simply click on “Please Log in to view this content” on their profile, provide some basic details, and you’re good to go. It’s totally free to search, browse, and connect with the right creator for your needs!
Searching on Zazzi is simple and flexible! You can search by location or name to find the perfect creator for your needs.
When you enter a location, a map will appear on one side, and a list of creators will show on the other. If you don’t see enough options, try zooming out on the map to explore more creators who are nearby and available.
To refine your search even further, use the filter button in the top left corner. This allows you to narrow down your options by price, category, type of session, skill, and even languages. With these tools, it’s easy to find someone who meets your specific needs!
Once you log in, you’ll be able to see the creator’s phone number and email directly on their profile. From there, you can easily reach out to them to discuss your project and make arrangements! It’s that simple.
Zazzi has creators available all over the world—from Paris to Japan and beyond! Many of our photographers and videographers are open to traveling, so you have access to a wide range of professionals, even beyond your immediate area. So look around, and have fun with it!
Yes! Once you find a creator you’re interested in, you’ll have access to their contact information so you can reach out directly. Yes! When you choose an annual subscription, you get 12 months for the price of 10—meaning you save the cost of two months compared to paying monthly. It’s a great way to lock in savings while enjoying uninterrupted access to all of Zazzi’s premium features!
On Zazzi, you have full control over your pricing! We don’t impose standard rates—your pricing is entirely up to you. Set competitive rates based on your experience, expertise, niche, and the equipment you use. Clients will contact you directly, allowing you to discuss their needs and customize your pricing accordingly. This flexibility ensures you can offer services that align with your value and the client’s budget.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your account will remain active with full access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing period. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for payments already made, but you’ll still enjoy all the benefits of your subscription until the period you’ve paid for concludes. You’re always welcome to resubscribe at any time if you decide to return to Zazzi’s premium features!
If you’re already a Zazzi user, you’ll be automatically placed into our Legacy Plan, which means you’ll continue to enjoy all the features you’ve had access to—completely free of charge!
In the future, we’ll be rolling out exciting new features, such as a Client Board, where clients can post jobs for photographers to apply for, and the ability to list your services in multiple locations. These features will be available exclusively through our paid subscription plans.
If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, you’ll gain access to these premium tools. However, please note that once you switch to a subscription plan, you won’t be able to revert back to the Legacy Plan. So, you can continue using Zazzi as you have, or upgrade whenever you’re ready to unlock more opportunities!
Zazzi uses Stripe for secure payment processing, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, including:

- Diners Club International
If your card is supported by Stripe, you’re good to go! We’ve made it easy and secure for you to subscribe and enjoy all the benefits Zazzi has to offer.
We no longer offer a free trial, but your first month is just $1. This gives you full access to all of Zazzi’s premium features at a minimal cost so you can explore the platform and see if it’s the right fit. After the first month, your plan will continue at the regular subscription rate. You can cancel anytime—your portfolio will stay active until the end of your billing period.

When you reach Step 2 of the sign-up process, simply check the box for Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or all that apply—whatever best describes the work you do. This helps us showcase your services to the right clients.
Once your profile is complete, you’ll be visible on the platform and ready to connect with people looking for creators just like you. You can upload examples of your work—Reels, TikToks, brand videos, or any content that shows off your unique style.
We’re also working on exciting new features designed specifically for Influencers, UGC Creators, and Content Creators to make bookings even easier.
